Installation Instructions for Vertical Lightsaber Mount

Thank you for purchasing our 3D-printed vertical lightsaber mount! Follow these step-by-step instructions for a secure and proper installation.

Tools & Materials Needed:

• Pencil or pen
• Screwdriver (manual or powered)
• Hammer
• Screws (provided)
• Drywall anchors (provided)

Installation Steps:

1. Choose a Suitable Location

• Ensure there is enough vertical clearance above the mount to easily remove and insert your lightsaber.
• Choose a sturdy section of the wall, ideally with a wood stud for maximum support.

2. Mark the Mounting Holes

• Hold the mount against the wall at your desired location.
• Using a pencil or pen, mark the mounting hole positions through the holes in the mount.

3. Mounting into a Wood Stud (Preferred Method)

• If a stud is located behind the marked locations, simply align the mount and drive the provided screws directly into the stud.
• No anchors are necessary in this case.

4. Mounting into Drywall (Without a Stud)

• Use the provided self-tapping drywall anchors.
• Position the anchor at the marked spot and press it into the drywall.
• To start gently tap the drywall anchors into the wall about a quarter of a inch or just far enough that the threads are now touching the drywall. Using a screwdriver, drive the anchor in until it is flush with the wall. No pre-drilling is required.
• Once the anchors are in place, align the mount over the anchors and secure it by driving the provided screws through the mount into the anchors.

5. Final Check

• Ensure the mount is secure and level.
• Carefully place your lightsaber into the mount, checking for stability.
• Make any necessary adjustments before final use.
